Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Depending on your destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
